At Çeneli Bilişim we value the privacy of your personal data in the WhatsApp communication we carry out through the Çeneli Messaging Platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and what your rights are.

Artificial intelligence language models may be used to prepare replies to your messages. For this purpose the content of your messages may be sent, solely to generate the reply, to artificial intelligence service providers or to models running on Çeneli's own infrastructure. The AI hands the conversation over to our staff when needed, and you may ask to speak with a person at any time.
Messaging is carried out over Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business Platform, so your messages pass through Meta's infrastructure and Meta's own privacy policy also applies. Your personal data is not sold or rented; it is not shared with third parties other than the service providers described above, except where required by law.
Your information is stored in our Çeneli ERP system on secure servers whose access is limited to authorized staff. Data is kept for as long as the communication purpose continues and the law requires, and is then deleted or anonymized.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, no. 6698) you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you on WhatsApp; upon your request a contact block is set for your number.
Our service is aimed at businesses; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
